Please note the following important points regarding our refund policy:

  • Our 60-day money-back guarantee is in place to ensure your complete satisfaction with BodyZen.
  • We recommend committing to a daily routine for at least 30 days (15 minutes per session) to give the treatment a fair chance. Keep in mind that it takes time for soft tissue to heal, and statistically significant pain reduction may take several weeks.
  • In order to be eligible for a refund, customers must use BodyZen daily for at least 30 days.
  • If you don't see any improvement after using BodyZen for 30 days straight, you can request a refund, and we will process it promptly.

To initiate a refund, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Order cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. If we can prevent your order from being dispatched, we will cancel it, and you will receive a full refund. If we're unable to do so, you can return your order to us using the process below.
  2. Damaged or defective items: If your BodyZen arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 3-5 days of delivery with a photo or video of the defective product. We will provide a choice of a free re-shipment or an immediate refund on the purchase. Note: For health and hygiene purposes, items such as sticky pads may not be returned/refunded.
  3. How to initiate a return: Email us, and we will guide you through the return process. Your email should include the following details: Order number, full name, photo or video of the product, and contact email address. Important: The product must be clean and undamaged to be eligible for a return. Customers are responsible for returning their item using the courier of their choice.
