HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

We accept payments by Credit cards and Debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and many others), by PayPal and by AfterPay

1) Visit us athttps://dee-trade.com, and find the item you'd like to order.
2) Click on the item, and then you'll arrive at its product page.
3) Select the color and size (please read next question carefully!) you'd like via the selection menu.
4) Click on the 'Buy now!' button.
5) Simply repeat steps 1-4 above until you've added everything you want to order to your virtual cart.
6) Click on 'Checkout' in your Shopping cart page OR click on 'Go to cart' at the top right corner of the page (if you're at any other page) to reach your Shopping cart page.

7) Follow the instructions to enter your shipping address, and then your payment details. 

Do make sure you follow through the whole process by clicking on "Pay now" button before you close the website. If your order is successful, you will see an Order status page with your Order detailed information. 

 

HOW IS SAFE YOUR WEBSITE?

All payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal and AfterPay, which is a very trusted and secure platforms. We do not store or have access to any of your credit or debit card details or passwords. Payments are 100% screened through and processed by Stripe, PayPal and AfterPay. Also, do check us out on our Facebook page, where we have more than 40,000 loyal fans and followers! Thousands of customers have ordered from us and have been satisfied with our level of service and quality.

 

I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Order processing time is between 2-4 business days and is used to check your order for quality assurance, packing, printing of shipping labels, and forwarding it to our shipping company for dispatch. Once an order has been processed, it will then be shipped out, and a tracking number will be made available to you.

For custom printed products: After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our factory where we will print and ship your item(s) within 7-10 business days.

 

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL... WHY IS THAT?

Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

 

I KEEP CHECKING MY TRACKING STATUS AND MY ORDER ISN'T MOVING! WHAT'S GOING ON?

When it comes to international shipping tracking updates are not always frequent or consistent. This is perfectly normal. It was some orders go without tracking updates for 30 days or more all the time. There are a few reasons for this, one is the order changes carriers sometimes several times which causes logistical delays. Another reason is simply that employees don't always scan the tracking bar codes as they should. We have even had packages arrive safe and sound to the customer without a single tracking update. That's pretty rare, but it has happened.

One of the most common reasons that your order is not moving is because it is being held by customs for inspections and such. This is completely random and just another aspect of international shipping.

 

PACKAGES THAT ARE UNCLAIMED/REJECTED/RETURNED

All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undelivered as addressed because you input the wrong name or address or telephone number when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee if that happens. So please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS IF AN ITEM DOES NOT FIT OR I DON'T LIKE IT?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please do drop us an email within 30 days of receiving your order. If you do decide to return it to us, you will either be given store credit or allowed to exchange the returned item for another item of equal or lower value.  

Please note that buyers are responsible for paying for the return shipping/postage costs and we will not be able to reimburse these costs.

HOW CAN I CHOOSE CORRECT SHOE SIZE?

Warning: If you buy shoes online, don't choose shoe size according to your usual wearing shoes size! Different manufacturers have different shoe sizes, so the best way to buy footwear online - is to measure your foot length with the ruler. After that, you can choose the size in our size chart which can fit you best.

HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF

MEASURE YOUR FEET

Wear the type of socks you'll wear with your shoes and measure feet in the afternoon (feet typically swell during the day). Distribute weight evenly before measuring.

STEP 1

Stand up straight on a hard surface with your heel against the wall and a piece of blank paper taped to the floor, flush against the wall beneath your foot.

STEP 2

Have someone mark the longest part of your foot (referred to as heel-to-toe length) on the paper with a pen or pencil, or measure yourself if necessary. Repeat with the other foot, as for right and left sizes may be different.

STEP 3

Use a ruler to measure the heel-to-toe length you marked for each foot.
